About me ...

I re-trained later in life, having been a teacher for 25 years, supporting teenagers and their families through life’s ups and downs. I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients who may be struggling at school, with friends or in the workplace. I have supported clients (and their parents) with school-based anxiety including school refusers.

In my adult client work I have experience supporting clients living with grief and loss, depression and loneliness and those who have experienced trauma. Whatever your age or difficulties, I will offer you a calm, nurturing and safe space where we can begin to explore what’s troubling you, at your pace.
